Site Announcements: Unplugging, Real Moms, Advertising, and Guest Posts

I have a few announcements which I would love to share with my readers…

MMB Unplugged: I will be “unplugging” this week and taking some time away from the computer this week. I am very excited about this, and hope that my readers understand this “break time”. When I took a break in July, I used my time to brainstorm and make enhancements to my site. I look forward to doing this same this time around. I also have a very exciting project that I am working on which I hope to share with you at the end of this year, and need to focus on that a bit (big teaser!!!).  During this time, you can keep up with MMB on Facebook – I will share some past posts, as well as links to some of my favorite bloggers.

Real Mom Chronicles: If you are a mom, or know a mom, who would like to be featured as a “Real Mom” on our site, please reach out to me at masteringmommybrain@gmail.com. You can see some past featured moms here.

The purpose of this series is share moms in…well…real life. Their challenges, worries, successes..we don’t need (or want) perfect mommas here. Every mom is perfect in their own way, and anything goes here!

Guest posting : For the site’s first couple months, I did not accept guest posting. I was trying to get accustomed to writing and having my “real estate on the internet.” At this point, I will be accepting a limited number of guest posts. These can either be from other bloggers, or from people who are interested in writing and/or testing the waters of blogging.  Please feel free to email me with your ideas and timing suggestions.
